By deploying 5G IoT smart access control terminals at the entrances of mid-to-high-end residential community buildings, and utilizing a dual-screen interaction model of access control and mobile APP, we conduct in-depth mining and analysis of big data on community family life behaviors. This enables us to complement the advantages of the government, property management, and cooperative manufacturers, building a one-stop, diversified community service platform that integrates government services, property services, and platform commercial services.

To date, LZ Technology has deployed over 73,000 access control screens, serving more than 4,000 communities and covering 120 major cities in China. The annual number of service instances has reached 7 billion.

Our main business segments include smart community construction, advertising and marketing, community e-commerce, and local life services. We are the first domestic operator of all-scenario smart community services.
