I. General Provisions

To build a clear, harmonious, green, and healthy network environment, maintain the order of network civilization, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of users, the "LZMH Website" has formulated the "LZMH Website Platform Self-Discipline Convention" (hereinafter referred to as "this Convention") in accordance with and to implement relevant laws and regulations such as the "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China," the "Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors," the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency," the "Provisions on the Governance of the Network Information Content Ecology," and the management policies of competent authorities, jointly with users.

II. The platform advocates the following behaviors

(1) Jointly participate in the construction of network civilization, create content and works that conform to the major policies of the state, serve the overall situation of economic and social development, reflect the general trend of the times, and reflect the achievements of building a strong country, so as to gather strength for the construction of a modern and powerful country and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

(2) Jointly establish an equal and friendly public opinion atmosphere, and respect other users on the platform. Care for minors, care for the elderly, and respect gender equality; do not attack, abuse, insult, slander, or discriminate against others, and do not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(3) Encourage users to publish original and high-quality content, pay attention to the correct use of words, reduce the use of pinyin initial abbreviations and other expressions that are easy to cause ambiguity, and consciously abide by language norms;

(4) Advocate that users publish positive and healthy content, put an end to the spread of content that has not been scientifically proven, and advocate that users do not create, spread, or believe rumors, and work together to build a clear network home;

(5) Users need to pass real identity information authentication before using it for the first time, properly keep account information, use account permissions reasonably, and not lend or transfer user accounts in any way. The platform promises to protect the security of users' personal information and standardize data processing activities;

(6) It is recommended that users improve their awareness of network security prevention and be vigilant against high-risk areas and behaviors of network fraud such as online dating, induced gambling, loans, rebates, winning prizes, and online part-time like-givers. If you find any abnormalities, you can report them to the platform at any time.

III. The platform prohibits the following behaviors

The content published by users must comply with laws and regulations such as the "Cybersecurity Law," the "Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services," and the "Provisions on the Governance of the Network Information Content Ecology," and shall not publish or disseminate information containing the following content:

(I) Illegal information that endangers national and social security

1. Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;

2. Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

3. Harming national honor and interests;

4. Distorting, vilifying, desecrating, or denying the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, or infringing on the name, portrait, reputation, and honor of heroes and martyrs by insulting, slandering, or other means;

5. Promoting terrorism, extremism, or inciting terrorist or extremist activities;

6. Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;

7. Undermining national religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

8. Spreading rumors and disrupting economic and social order;

9. Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting crime;

10. Insulting or slandering others, and infringing on the reputation, privacy, and other legitimate rights and interests of others;

11. Other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

(II) Undesirable information that undermines the network civilization ecology

1. Using exaggerated titles where the content seriously mismatches the title;

2. Hyping up scandals, scandals, and misdeeds;

3. Improperly commenting on natural disasters, major accidents, and other disasters;

4. Containing sexual suggestions, sexual provocations, and other content that easily leads to sexual associations;

5. Displaying bloody, thrilling, cruel, and other content that causes physical and mental discomfort;

6. Inciting crowd discrimination, regional discrimination, etc.;

7. Promoting vulgar, kitsch, and媚俗 (mèisú - pandering to low tastes) content;

8. Content that may cause minors to imitate unsafe behaviors and violate social morality, or induce minors to have bad habits;

9. Other content that has a negative impact on the network ecology.

(III) Dishonest behaviors that violate social ethics

1. Infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others, such as the right to reputation, privacy, patent rights, and trademark rights;

2. Publishing, transmitting, or disseminating rumors, false information, or other content containing untrue information;

3. Publishing content that maliciously speculates on or misinterprets platform rules;

4. Fabricating or impersonating the identity of others or publishing information in the name of a company, brand, or trademark that is not legally owned or held by oneself;

5. Using any abnormal means to obtain false data cheating behaviors including but not limited to comments, reposts, and likes.

IV. Protection of Minors

If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should carefully read this Convention under the guidance of your guardian and use the platform only after obtaining your guardian's consent. If you have not obtained your guardian's consent, the guardian can contact the platform to handle the relevant account, and the platform has the right to restrict the functions of the relevant account (including but not limited to browsing, publishing information, interactive communication, etc.). We will work with guardians to protect the physical and mental health of minors. If you are a guardian, you should also fulfill your guardianship obligations to minors, pay attention to the safety of minors online, guide minors to use the network reasonably, develop good online habits, and avoid addiction to the virtual network space.

The platform will actively fulfill its platform obligations in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations such as the "Law on the Protection of Minors" and the "Regulations on the Network Protection of Minors," protect the rights and interests of minors, and is committed to ensuring the safety and health of minor users on the platform. It is strictly forbidden for anyone to use the platform services to abuse, harm, endanger, or maliciously exploit minors or instill wrong values in minors. It is strictly forbidden for users to publish or forward the following content that affects, endangers, or induces the physical and mental health of minors:

(1) Information content with sexual suggestion, sexual provocation, etc. that is easy to cause sexual association;

(2) Information content that shows bloody, horrible, cruel, etc. that causes physical and mental discomfort;

(3) Information content that promotes vulgar, kitsch, and媚俗 (mèisú - pandering to low tastes) content;

(4) Information content that may cause minors to imitate unsafe behaviors and violate social public morality, and induce minors' bad habits;

(5) Other content that affects, endangers, or induces the safety and physical and mental health of minors.

V. Platform Management Methods

The "LZMH Website" platform provides users with smooth channels for reporting and infringement complaints. If users find illegal and undesirable information or content that infringes on personal rights, they can report and complain through the platform, and the platform will provide feedback on the progress of the disposal within 25 working days.

For violations of this Convention, the "LZMH Website" platform will take measures including but not limited to restricting user account permissions, deleting or blocking non-compliant content, and banning non-compliant user accounts, and notify the non-compliant users. For repeated violations of this Convention or causing adverse effects, we will report to the competent authorities in accordance with the law depending on the severity of the circumstances.

VI. Effectiveness and Changes
